Following wedding trends can sometimes get overwhelming, but I don’t think weddings with greenery and gold will ever go out of style. It’s a true favorite amongst brides and it’s easy to see why it’s a classic. Emily and Edmund incorporated this color palette amongst the exposed brink and industrial details at The Filter Building. It added such romance to the modern atmosphere.
In addition to the elegant decor and neutral colors, a travel theme played a role in their details throughout the day. As a result it combined the idea of being adventurous while remaining timeless.
Emily looked stunning in her lace gown from Lasting Bridal Couture and Edmund in a classic black and white tuxedo from Culwell & Son. Throughout the day, they looked so darling together. The bridesmaids looked stunning in a deep blue shade that paired perfectly with their white wedding bouquets by Alba Dahlia Floral.
To top off the “sweetness” of the day, guests were treated to a package of french macarons as wedding favors. Additionally they included the saying “sweet adventure” which was a great subtle touch to the travel theme design.
From beginning to end, these photos by Lorena Burns Photography will not only convince you that classic soirees are here to stay, but also have you obsessed with their love.
