This styled shoot at The Emerson was so incredible to help put together. I had been dreaming of this show with Madeline Shea Photography for quite some time, and seeing it all together was incredible!

The Emerson is a newly renovated event venue right outside of Dallas-Fort Worth. It sits on 10 acres of land, which is breathtaking to walk around. This venue is modern and clean, and is so unique to the Dallas area. The chapel was designed by Leeanne Ford Interiors, with an all white interior, and concrete floors and white washed pews. The event space is a revival of an old Victorian home, with white brick, large windows, and concrete floors.

Modern Wedding at The Emerson

The palette was black and white, with touches of oranges and rusty reds. The stationary by Lane Love Paper Co. featured modern font, with acrylic accents. We carried the acrylic and industrial feel into the tablescape, with clear table numbers, and simple menus. The Shabby Rose Florist took our color palette and created incredible flowers. The bride carried a bouquet of roses and ranunculus, with unique greenery. They cascaded the stairs with a large floral garland, and made three centerpieces for the table, in white and gold vases. We added white tapered candles for a moody and romantic feel.

Rentals from Coral Lane Rentals

The bride wore Jackie by Jenny Yoo, from Lovely Bride Dallas. The Jackie gown features floral Milan Beaded appliques that add delicate dimension. A plunging V-neckline in the front and back make this dress a showstopper. The groom wore a classic black suit from H&M, with a crisp white shirt and black bowtie.

One of the greatest parts of The Emerson, is that it houses Coral Lane Rentals, which have some of the most unique rentals in Dallas. We used their white Bentwood Chairs, and their white tables with gold hairpin legs. The ladies behind Coral Lane Rentals are the same ones behind The Emerson!
