Organic and whimsical meets modern and industrial with this botanical wedding inspiration! Inspired by a botanical garden, a lot of greenery was incorporated into this editorial. This made Brake and Clutch the perfect venue to add that contemporary element.
decor & details
The floral designs for this shoot created by Alba Dahlia Floral were fabulous! The wedding bouquet was HUGE and a definite favorite of mine. Also, the potted succulent plants included into the table decor for place cards were a great touch! In addition to all the table greenery, an acrylic sign with a quote from one of my favorite songs made for a trendy accent.
The wedding dress we choose included a leaf-like design and back detailing. The look was elegant, all while still tying into the theme. It was fun to pair the romantic details (such as the dress and the hanging floral wreath) with more futuristic designs… like the awesome neon sign from Warehouse Rose!
Another cool aspect that made the design intriguing was the mixing of the different textures. There was wood from the table and chairs, wire-like accents, brick from the design of the venue, and copper decor. Combining all of these together provided so much depth to the design, and yet wasn’t overwhelming to look at. It really brought the whole look to life!
