Elevated Design Meets Community | WeddingPro Dallas Corporate Event

At Alexa Kay Events, we believe corporate gatherings should feel as intentional and inspired as weddings. When WeddingPro trusted our team to design their Dallas event at The Crescent Fort Worth, we knew it needed to reflect refined creativity, community, and a touch of playful sophistication.

The result? A space layered in texture and tone—lavender, chartreuse, and soft neutrals—balanced with modern structure and natural elegance. Each element, from the stage design to the engraved guest details, invited conversation and connection.

The Details

We started with a vision rooted in balance: structured yet soft, corporate yet deeply personal. Plush lounge seating in shades of ivory and green added warmth against floor-to-ceiling draping by Party Dallas Rentals.

Florals by Haven Hill Blooms brought nature indoors with lilac alliums, blush roses, and textural greenery. Layered linens from Reverie Social added depth through pattern and hue—combining solids with soft checks for effortless dimension.

Custom stage and flooring by Imperial Floors mirrored the paper suite by Kate Wiseman Creative, echoing botanical motifs throughout. And as guests sipped berry-infused cocktails, the room glowed under ambient lighting that shifted from ivory to violet tones—creating an atmosphere that evolved with the evening.

Building Community Through Design

Corporate doesn’t have to mean cold. Our goal was to make every guest feel part of something—welcomed, inspired, and connected.

The Engraving Station by Leyco Lettering offered a tactile, personal moment. Guests mingled around the lavender bar—designed in partnership with Render Events—while networking and exchanging stories. The floral-lined lounges encouraged conversation, turning a professional gathering into an elevated experience rooted in warmth and creativity.
