As an avid skier and fan of traveling and the outdoors, it’s no surprise that one of my favorite states to visit is Colorado. Not only do I love being adventurous while I’m here, I adore the weddings that derive from the beautiful area too. I wanted to share my favorite Colorado wedding locations with you in hopes they’ll inspire your own destination wedding.
Amongst the Colorado Rocky Mountains is the magnificent St. Regis Aspen. With a fountain courtyard and grand ballroom, couples have the options for indoor and/or outdoor celebrations. It’s no surprise this wedding venue offers tailored packages and exceptional service which make for a memorable experience.

This five-star, five-diamond hotel is as luxurious as they come! Since 1989 “The Little Nell has been a premier Colorado wedding destination.” With incredible views, this wedding venue is able to host weddings up to 500 guests to as intimate and small as your heart desires. It’s perfect for those who want to mix in elegance into their outdoor wedding day vibe.

Just minutes away from downtown Aspen is the most breathtaking property, Dunbar Ranch. The land contains three homes with various lakes and picturesque views. This Colorado wedding location offers complete privacy for your celebration with endless possibilities for design!

When it comes to finding a charming Colorado wedding venue, it doesn’t get more desirable than Hotel Jerome. Whether you’re an outdoor lover or want to keep things cozy, their land mixed with the various celebratory spaces makes this location a dream. Victorian, romantic, majestic, modern, and more — each indoor space has such a distinct style. Perfect for those who has a blended taste and styles of decor.

Take your love to greater heights at the Four Seasons in Vail. Vail is such a great Colorado wedding location and hosting your celebration at Four Seasons will definitely not disappoint. Year round the alpine views are truly one of a kind. It’s a peaceful setting with the ability to make some magic through your wedding details.

Elevating your wedding just got a whole lot easier thanks to the The Ritz-Carlton in Bachelor Gulch. The setting alone is one for the books. Picture a rustic, yet incredibly elegant ceremony amongst the rolling mountains, an authentic dinner menu, and a cozy romantic reception. Yes, this kind of celebration really does exist and it happens with beautiful locations like this one!

Golden Ledge is a mountain in Telluride, Colorado. And may I just say it is an absolutely incredible spot to say I do. The location being only a mountain may seem minimal, but my goodness it is grand in all the best ways! The views alone are enticing enough and are a great “blank canvas” to create your ideal ceremony and or reception.
When you visit the Devil’s Thumb Ranch website for events, you’re greeted with a wonderful message at the top of the page. “Under blue skies, beneath white peaks, and surrounded by 6,500 acres of pristine wilderness sits the perfect place to tell the tale of two. And to begin their journey as one.” I don’t think anything sums up this area more perfectly than this. It’s the perfect wedding location for those wanting the best blend of luxurious and adventurous.
